Bisar Group 2023 ESG Report

We are proud to announce the publication of our first 2023 ESG Report.

We continue our commitment to sustainable development, social responsibility, and environmental protection, as evidenced by our detailed ESG Report, which has just been released.

The document not only presents our achievements and progress in environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), but also highlights our pursuit of continuous improvement and innovation in these areas.

What information is included in the Report?

One of the main elements of our Report is a detailed presentation of how the Bisar Group creates value for its stakeholders.

In the Report, we discuss our approach to resource management, which includes innovative technologies and long-term planning. We have highlighted our efforts to improve energy efficiency, investments in renewable energy sources, and the implementation of sustainable practices – through these initiatives, we not only reduce our carbon footprint but also act in the best interest of our stakeholders.

The Report also contains detailed information on the structure of the Bisar Group, which includes an extensive network of branches both in Poland and abroad. Our complex structure enables us to effectively achieve our strategic goals while maintaining close relationships with local communities. In the Report, we describe how our organizational structure supports the implementation of our sustainable development strategy and what benefits this brings to our employees and business partners.

It is impossible not to mention one of our key achievements in 2023: active membership in the Organization of Industrial Associations Confederation (OKAP). This cooperation allows us to influence the shaping of labor market policy in Poland and support initiatives for employment and vocational education.

Thanks to this, we can more effectively support the development of local communities, promote responsible business practices, and contribute to creating a stable and sustainable labor market.
