Pursuant to Article 13 para. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Official Journal of the EU L. 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1, hereinafter referred to as RODO, we inform you that:

Purposes and basis of processing. Your personal data is processed in order to perform the tasks related to the service of natural persons holding shares of BISAR S.A., inter alia, maintaining the Share Register, issuing copies and extracts from the Share Register.
Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) RODO – Processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator and Article 6(1)(f) RODO – fulfilment of the Administrator’s legitimate interests. The basic legal acts governing the subject matter are the Commercial Companies Code, the National Court Register Act, the Articles of Association. Categories of personal data contained in the share register: name, surname of the shareholder and/or shareholder’s proxy, parents’ names, address, PESEL, series and number of identity document, bank account. The collection of personal data is maintained in electronic and paper form.
The duration of the processing of Shareholders’ personal data is related to the purposes indicated above. Accordingly, the personal data will be processed for the period of time for which the Administrator is required by law to keep the data.
Recipients of the data. The recipients of the personal data are the Shareholders. Each Shareholder has the right to inspect the Share Register and request a copy of the Register. Shareholders’ personal data will be transferred to authorised institutions as defined by law and to processors who provide services to the Data Controller and to whom the data are entrusted, e.g. legal companies, IT companies, security service providers.
Transmission of personal data to a third country. Personal data will not be transferred to recipients in countries outside the European Economic Area (“third countries”).
Data subject’s right. In accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, you have the right to access your data, to rectify (amend) your data, to erase, to restrict its processing or to object to its processing, to data portability.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Provision of personal data is a condition for acquiring the rights of a Shareholder. The consequence of failing to provide personal data will be that the Administrator will not be able to fulfil its obligation and the data subject will not be able to enforce the Shareholder’s rights.
Automated decision-making. Please be informed that your data will not be processed by automated means, including the use of profiling.
